For any girl, it is her deep desire to be slim and trim. And it was mine too in the last few years as well. And because I have experienced how it is to be thin, the idea of being (read looking ridiculous) fat was beyond bearable for me. I had tried various aspects- gymming, yoga, swimming etc but somehow after a point my weight was stagnant and that was very frustrating. I soon gave up and felt I would stay fat forever. But somewhere at the back of my mind my weight bothered me a lot and I ended up reading various articles and tips, books on how to lose weight. But nothing ever worked! Until Sahiba re-entered my life! Yes, she and I had studied together for our Masters course and chanced upon her pictures on Facebook. I was amazed to see how lovely she looked. She had lost oodles of weight and looked like a new person altogether! That is when I decided to reach out to her to ask her about this magical transformation. Little did I know that I was headed towards my magic path too–She was a practicing nutritionist! We met up, not only did she customised and balanced my diet but gave me the confidence I had long forgotten- that I could and would look like the Gayatri from our college days again! That was the most appealing part of the meeting and I decided to go for it.
And the result has been tremendous– yes, I am 16 kgs lighter from when I started and still going strong! I am now just a few kgs away from my target weight! I just can’t believe myself that how eating ‘right’ can make you look so good and fit!
All I want to say is that I am just so so so thankful to Sahiba for my unbelievable transformation. There are days when I just keep looking at myself in the mirror! Sahiba has silently held my hand throughout this journey– being strict when required and being so motivational and appreciative at all the other times. I must add here that Sahiba takes personal interest in your programme and really puts in a lot of effort. Thank you soooo much for helping me get back my ‘old’ look again.
