Sahiba is a practicing nutritionist with a philosophy on diet and lifestyle that forms a strong base for holistic wellness. She consults in a range of nutrition and lifestyle subjects including weight-management, therapeutic diets, emotional eating disorders, and holistic health.

With a Master’s in Nutrition Science & Research from TUFTS University, Boston and Lifestyle Medicine certification from Harvard Medical School, she is actively involved in Nutrition research and education. Not only does she weave in latest research findings in her diets to help her clients, she is also committed to equip people with the right knowledge of health and nutrition through her nutrition education programmes.

Sahiba has also designed a #DitchTheDiet programme stemming from the core concept of Intuitive Eating. She conducts interactive sessions to shed light on the concept and each session is complemented with light meditation to help people connect with their own body and learn the art of intuitive eating.

A fitness enthusiast, she promotes daily physical exercise and encourages everyone to follow a fitness routine that sits well with their routine. A keen and passionate traveller, she travels around the world and loves to experiment with different cuisines and try new recipes. In association with Purejiva Wellness, she has a B.FIT Traveller programme where people get a first-hand experience of how to maintain a healthy lifestyle while travelling.

Providing personal support to all her clients, she adopts a novel approach to weight-loss and weight management. A firm believer that every person is unique, she aims to make every diet plan customised, easy-to-follow and in sync with an individual’s lifestyle and routine.

She is a passionate foodie who loves to cook and experiment with recipes while maintaining a balance between taste and health. Her recipes are shared with her clients. She is currently working on a recipe book from the B.FIT Kitchen to help people make easy healthy meals which are nutritious and delectable.
