20 minute One-time Consultation 

You can choose a one-time personal consultation at my clinic or an audio/ video consultation, where I understand your current lifestyle habits and suggest healthy changes that can easily be weaved into your life.

Customised Monthly Plan (Online)- we offer 1-,2- and 3-month packages.

In this plan, you can choose to visit me for an initial consultation (this happens once a month) or we have a detailed chat over an audio call (complimentary) or a video call (paid 20-minute) before starting the plan where we learn about your current lifestyle and carefully design your diet plan keeping in mind your food likes and dislikes, daily schedule, medical history (if any). Social engagements, vacations, festivals are also incorporated. Regular motivation, exercise suggestions, supplement recommendations are also provided.You receive weekly customised plans every week via email/ whatsapp/app.

PCOS/ Type 2 Diabetes / Autoimmune Disorders (Hashimoto’s, Myositis etc)

Therapeutic conditions require extra attention. Along with a customised balanced diet, we provide guidelines, medical condition specific regimen, supplement suggestions and exercise routines. We have successfully helped hundreds of clients reverse PCOS and pre-diabetic conditions through Diet & Lifestyle changes.

Holistic 10-day Detox 

Even though I usually include a Gut Cleanse diet in my regular diet plans (1 day/3 day/7 day detox), if you opt for this specific plan, I offer a comprehensive plan which includes holistic detox of Body, mind and soul. Wholesome organic food, detox juices and teas which get rid of toxins from the body; recommendations for bath salts, aroma candles for purification; yoga and meditation exercises along with music tracks are provided for complete cleansing. When you choose a holistic detox, your body becomes extremely sensitive to vibrations, foods and thoughts. It is important to follow the plan for at least a week in order to feel the change and difference.

Sports Nutrition

One of the main pillars which help take an athlete from Good-to-Great, is Nutrition. We assess the workout plan, the type of sport being played and create a customised diet plan which also includes supplements (if required). Nutrition pre-, during and post game, off-season, during the season meal planning, snack planning, things to carry while travelling; everything is taken care of int he plan. We help in nourishing champions.
